The blessing and curse of
developing commentary on an ongoing basis is that you’re
chewing on trends and events all the time. Sometimes I’ll
write two or three pieces in a week, but most often I churn
them out about once every week to week and a half. The
truth of it is that as I’ve gotten older, I NEVER have
writers’ block and I always want to write articles that
delve into topics more completely. It’s not that it takes
so long to write them, but it does take a while to think
about them. And then, with everything else that’s going on,
I have to find the time to sit down and compose the pieces.
I publish on several very widely read health care blogs,
most aimed at health care professionals but a few that are
non-professional. Go here to see the health care
pieces, and here to see my personal
columns.
I hope you’ll enjoy and find food for thought here.
